FDM Group interview questions

Been through Phone interview. Easy enough, questions like why FDM? What got you interested in IT?What do you expect to get from the job?Why did you choose your course/University?What did you do to prepare for this interview?What publications/blogs of techonlogy do you subscribe to/read? Got pass the phone interview and I am awaiting my assessment day.

There is a two stage process to joining the academy. You first do a phone interview then if successful with that, you will be asked to attend an assessment day. The phone interview is very basic just asking you what you studied in college and where you see yourself going in a few years. The assessment day consists of three test's and 2-3 interviews. The tests include a general maths test, Venn diagram test and an aptitude test. The interviews are short and not very technical, you will be asked what you would do in certain work situations and how you get along with fellow workers in different situations.
