There were about 15-20 people there and when we got there there was a chance to say hi to everyone, then we were taken into a room where the recruitment team gave us a presentation on the company and went through the contract. Almost seemed like they were trying to convince us to join really, which for me was needed.
Then we were given a couple of tests. First was a test on Venn Diagrams, which as a Uni Maths student was ridiculously easy. They gave us a booklet explaining everything to do with Venn diagrams, however I did not even have to pick it up!
Next was a maths test, just basic addition and subtraction, multiplying, but without a calculator. Bit of Trigonometry.
We then had a series of 3 interviews one after the other from different sectors within the company, only 5 minute interviews and they were quite basic questions, they called them strength based as opposed to competency based as they are expected you not to have any previous experience to draw from, like in a competency based interview.
We then had a lunch break where we were encouraged to interact with employees around us. The employees were not very forthcoming, however it was possible if you did just get stuck in.
Then we were back for one last test that just tested our general aptitude for the company. Very random questions in there, some asking you what HTML stood for, some asking what programme is best to set up an employee database. All multiple choice.
After that we were free to go.
