1. Assessment day at FDM group's office in NY.
Assessment day comprised of 3 tests - Math, Set theory, Programming(you don't need to any programming language , just based on pseudo codes, tell what the output will be.
After this there were 3 interviews ( 5 mins each) in round robin style , mostly behavioral questions , resume and basics of Java.
2. Next day they emailed me that I have passed all the tests and interviews and they made travel arrangements for client in Virginia.
3. Interview was supposed to start at 1:30 but started at 2:30 PM. There were 16 candidates who were called for the interview. There were 4 interviews each of 10 mins with a team having two members in round robin manner.
round 1 - math problem( algebra)
round 2- behavioral questions
round 3 - questions from resume
round 4 - questions from resume not related to job
order of the rounds was different for every one.
4. Since interview started late, many of us missed next 2 trains and we paid for the rescheduling. The train broke down in the middle of nowhere and I reached Penn Station at 3 AM instead of 9 PM.
5. I emailed the person who arranged for travel regarding reimbursement of cabs and food( 5 hours travel one way no food was provided, and 3 hour of interview), she never replied to even clarify company's policy.
That meant - Once interview is done and you are not selected we don't care who you are.
