FDM Group Java Developer interview questions

Two phone interviews (one asking personal questions, the next asking technical questions), followed by an online skills assessment (very easy, basic math, coding, and logic questions), and a Skype interview. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly and enthusiastic, seemed eager to sell me on the position.

First phone interview was informative. Recruiter asked questions to get to know me. There were no technical questions, but said I should expect some for the next interview. There are 4 months of training, then a contract for 2 years.
