Met a rep at a career fair and signed up. This was followed by an easy phone screen where they would ask you what you know about FDM, what computer science projects you have done, etc. The phone screen is very easy to pass; in hindsight, you could've probably said anything and still pass. I was then scheduled for an assessment day. At the assessment day, we were first shown a video of the CEO talking about the FDM program. I was then given an insultingly easy test where the questions included basic addition problems; if you graduated middle school, you should be able to pass all of it no problem. One of the account managers then gave a presentation about income and benefits, all of which are incredibly low ($22k before bonus nad I think, other glassdoor reviews have better estimates). This is followed by 3 short interviews with 3 salespeople. I got the offer the next day but I turned it down since I thought this was a bad deal especially with the 2 year contract.
