After a few hours of sending my resume to FDM Group, I received a call from a recruitment consultant. We set a date for a phone interview. The phone interview was straightforward. I was asked why I chose FDM Group, what I knew about the company and a few technical questions about object-oriented programming fundamentals. I was told that I passed and was invited to take a video interview and a technical test. The technical test was easy and the questions were required just basic knowledge of programming. The next day I got a call from my hr consultant and was told I got 95 from the test and was invited to the behavioural interview. The behavioural interview questions were again very general things about why I chose this field, what I enjoy about coding and a project I worked on. I thought I did very well but somehow I didn't get hired. The hiring process was very fast and easy.
