FDM Group Junior Software Engineer interview questions

Overall pleasant interview. FDM provides training and then places candidates with other companies. However, you are locked into a two year contract with them. I ultimately did not accept the offer.

4 step interview process, got the last round and was told I didn't pass the interview because my technical skills was not strong enough. However, I was unable to answer about 2-3 questions and that's because it's about Java which I don't really have any experience in. Didn't thought it would be a problem since they will be training us but that's not the case these trainers have no interest at all when interviewing you, if you don't love the job then why do it? So much negative energy and that too for minimal wage? FDM should seriously hire more professional people that actually cares about others. Just a warning please don't apply here unless you are very desperate and even if you are I'd suggest to not apply it's not worth your time and effort. There are many other companies that cares for you and will value you as an employee.
