FDM Group Software Developer interview questions

The interview process is quite straightforward and they let you repeat if you failed the aptitude test. But I heard that they will make it stricter now. Initial telephone screening - no preparation requires. Video interview - my recruiter actually told me what questions would come up so I was fully prepared in advance. Assessment centre - three rounds of competency and strengths based interviews followed by an IT test, maths test and a set notation test. The whole interview process is laughably easy. (they asked us to calculate 7 squared! - I have a masters in Maths!) They are NOT looking for people who can think off their own accord or have any other ambitions outside FDM. They are looking for low achieving graduates who NEED training.
