After applying I was contacted for a telephone interview lasting about 30min. The second stage is a video interview where you record your answers to video questions (~6 questions, 90s each). The last stage is an assesment day consisting of 4 tests and 3 interviews.
The test were IT aptitude/logical questions (some questions resembled IQ tests, GCSE computer science), verbal reasoning (short paragraphs), Ven Diagrams (shading areas), Numerical test (mostly sequences). The recruiter provides you with links to study before the assesment day, not hard tests overall but need to practice using the links. It is important to know that these were game like tests performed on a tablet.
The other part of the assesment day consist of 3 interviews (10-15min). I know most of reviews about this assesment day described the interview questions to fall within 3 categories but mine was not. It was all about how would you react in a described situation and questions testing your passion for technology.
Lunch was provided and got to network with many other applicants.
