FDM Group Software Tester interview questions

First stage interview is a video interview once you have passed this you go into an assessment centre where you are given various tests such as maths tests (Venn diagrams) then an IT test followed by a verbal reasoning. You then have 3 face to face interviews

The telephone interview questions were; FDM first contacted me questions along these lines: What do you know about FDM? The purpose of the initial call was to set up the phone interview. The recruiter consultant sent me an email with FDM’s website and social network pages to prepare for the phone interview. The phone Interview questions were, Talk about yourself, What do you know about our company? Where do you want to see yourself in the next 5 years? Then I received an email with Assessment day Guide and items to bring on the interview day. There was an aptitude test, followed by a math test and then two interviews which were 7 minutes long. After lunch, there was a group task and a set notation and Venn diagram test. These are some of the questions that were asked of me or by others during the day: Math Test Basic arithmetic Long multiplication and long division Pythagoras theorem, to find unknowns using Simultaneous equations Logical Test Lots of brain teasers Questions that assess your ability to recognize patterns (e.g., given a set of numbers, determine the next three in the series) Interview
