FedEx Attorney interview questions

Human Resources Assintant and Manager and then the Managing Director interview. There was no one else involved in the process. It was fast, becasue they needed the attorney urgently.

Behavioral Interview Process – There were twelve questions designed to elicit specific examples of my work history. Prior to the interview, I was told that I needed to answer every question with according to the “B-A-R” method - B for background, A for action taken, and R for results achieved. I found that only a little more than half of the questions actually seemed to relate to my past experience as an attorney or to the tasks that I thought would be expected of me as an attorney at this company.
