Interview
Pre-screening, Case study, F2F, Psychometric test, interview round with US. These guys are very good in terms of wasting candidates time. They took their own time and using the so called clause called "letter of intent". They depend on previous employer's perception for selecting a candidate. If they believe so much on previous employer's perception, then they should do the perception check before starting interview process. It is completely wastage of time.
