Phone interview first - pretty basic questions. After the phone interview, a panel interview was scheduled for a later date. That interview consisted of the District Manager and 2 additional Center Managers. Very scripted interview questions

I was asked questions about my capabilities in running a center of which I clearly had the knowledge and experience. My background as a Project Coordinator prior to AM was an asset that others couldn't bring to this role. My 30 plus years as an art director who knows production could have brought new customers to this center and increased profitability. A win-win for all.

Interview
Very professional interview with recruiter, great conversation mixed with behavioral interview. Open and honest discussion. Second interview with two district managers was shady. One dm was 20 minutes late, offered no apology, was cold and disinterested. Second dm on phone was searching for very focused customer service attributes.
