I applied online. I interviewed at FedEx Office (Oakville, ON) in Feb 2014
Interview
Easy just basic questions about past experience. Took 3 weeks, asked me to go and see the FedEx location as how things work and people were very friendly.
what did you work as at your last job.
what do you expect in coming 10 years.
how long do you plan to work with FedEx.

Question 1

I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at FedEx Office (Toronto, ON) in Aug 2014
Interview
Interview was very canned and stale. The questions were read off of a sheet with no attempt to make it into a conversation, and the interviewer seemed like they hadn't prepared other than to print off the questions. I tried to make my answers lively and interesting, but the interviewer never went anywhere with them. They seemed surprised I had a few questions for them, and seemed unprepared to answer and unsure about the rest of the hiring process.
