BAR (Background, Action, Results) format, you will be asked to answer questions with scenarios that are expected to be formulated into this format. 2 people will interview you at the same time and write down notes based on the answers you give

The interview isn't so bad, they only ask 4 questions now, 3 in bar format and they ask why your the best fit. They'll ask you to describe a time when you had a difficult conversation with someone, a time when you had to complete a task and got distracted, etc
