FedEx Ops Coordinator interview questions

Applied on from a job on Indeed. Completed an online job application. A week after I applied, I was invited to a phone interview the next week. The interview was with the P&D Manager/Operations and the HR Business Partner for that Station. Invited for a 20 minute phone interview. (This was during COVID in 2020 so there was no in-person interview). Had one phone interview and learned the next week I had the job. Was a typical phone interview, not difficult, I was then received a job offer right away and they proceeded with reference checks. Very fast hiring process.

The interview was with HR and Dept Manager over Zoom. The questions are situational and it is recommended to answer using the BAR method. The interview lasted for 20-30 mins
