FedEx Package Handler interview questions

There is no interview. They are always in need of help. You apply, they contact you with the background search and once you pass that ( I don't believe they hire anyone with any felony convictions in the last 5 years, its possible they may if the charge has nothing to do with theft, violence or drugs but idk) you're offered the job and scheduled to come into a training class to do paperwork. That's all. They don't ask about references or past experience, don't care about a resume.

Easy and to the point. Star question method and asked to provide some examples to back up responses. No tricky questions at all and follow up was very prompt. No complaints.
