FedEx Package Handler interview questions

No interview - Should be last resort Orientation only, takes about 3 days to process. All other positions are seniority based, don't expect to get an admin job if you already have 5+ years of experience already, instead they will give it to someone who's been with the company 3 more months than you with no experience.

They call you after you apply to ask about schedules, not really much. and if you get the job they'll call back and schedule an orientation. The orientation is a group one.
