The process was overall easy. It was one phone call and it basically asked about your availability. Afterwards you go to the FedEx you’ll be working at and they basically just give you safety information and take your picture. It’s paid.

Very lax. They basically want to make sure you’re reasonably strong and can work like a horse. They never did drug test me for this position. Very high turnover rate due to very (physically) hard work.

Training was being thrown on floor on trucks loading 3 during extremely busy shift, not shown how scanners worked, fig it out on ur own, told shift ends at 730 was there til 930 bc I didn't know if I was supposed to leave
