I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at FedEx (Farmington, NY) in Oct 2017
Interview
I was pulled into a room and asked a few questions, told I would be hired for 120/ a day, however this wasn’t always true because sometimes I would get paid half days. I overheard the next person interviewing getting paid 145/day very unprofessional
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at FedEx (Fort Worth, TX) in Sep 2018
Interview
Completed an application and received a call and an email to schedule an interview, which I scheduled for a few days later.
Upon arriving, I found myself in a room full of other applicants (around 15 people). The manager conducting the interview called each person (using a sign in sheet) into an office to complete an individual interview.
He asked which shift we preferred to work , then just a single question (below).
During the interview, the manager essentially told me that I was already hired, but to wait for a call to schedule orientation.
A woman called the following day and offered the job again, but there was some confusion (on her part) about the timing of the orientation and she said that she would call me back.
A week and a half has now passed without a call from her, nor anyone answering (or returning) my calls.
*So where it says "Did you get an offer," I selected "Yes, and I accepted." However, as I mentioned, I haven't received any additional information or calls since the day after the interview.
