If you have a pulse and can speak even the simplest English you will pass your interview. First you attend a tour of the facility, then you put in your application, then you get your joke of an interview, and then if you can pass a criminal background check you are hired. No drug test

Interview
The interview is a phone screening,which will lead to a group interview at the facility. Potential employees are lead through security to meet with the recruiter. There is a video presentation and a lengthy application. Two forms of identification is good to begin a background investigation to determine your eligibility for employment in a tightly guarded facility.

Interview
The hiring process took about a month, started by attending a morning sort operation. Then you compelete a questionaire & then wait on more back from the company. Then if you pass the background check, you are called in for orientation. The orientation lasts for about 3 days, all while starting early in the morning like your work day.
