Interview
You interview as a group.
They call you in one by one, ask you a few questions, and tell you right then and there if you got the job. A few days later you get a call about orientation(which is like a two day process).
The first is someone explaining what fedex ground role is, and paperwork. The second day is watching videos on how the warehouse operates, safety, lifting, and what to do in case of emergency. During the videos you have a booklet where you answer questions pertaining to the video, once done you take pictures for badges and start the next day.

Interview
It was 5 minutes. I went in. Sat down. She asked me five question and it was over. I received a phone call the next day. The questions were yes or no. Not much to it. Very high turnover rate.
