I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at FedEx (Lowell, AR)

Super laid back. A breeze interview. Easy questions to answer too. Most questions are about the doing job. Mostly about if you are comfortable doing the job. They talk about the things you do at the job. Before you have an interview they walk you though the warehouse and explain what funtion of warehouse does.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at FedEx (Chicago, IL) in Jun 2017
Interview
Very easy. They pretty much ask simple questions about your work ethic and experience working with a team. Takes like 10 minutes top, and then pretty much offered the job or denied. The process overall is easy and is pretty much used to cancel anybody who has a bad attitude and/or a poor work history.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at FedEx (Los Angeles, CA) in Aug 2015
Interview
A call. Answer yes to all questions and you get the job. Be sure to answer the first call when they call because they won’t call back or leave message and that’s basically forfeiting you opportunity to work there.
