I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at FedEx (Halethorpe, MD) in Apr 2017
Interview
I applied online by filling out an application. I received a phone call a week later to schedule an interview the next day. My interview was scheduled for 9:30 but the main supervisor was on vacation and a manager interviewed me instead. He was over 30 minutes late while I sat in an office.
I applied online. I interviewed at FedEx (Delta, BC) in Apr 2017
Interview
I applied online then went to sort observation, and one week later for on-site interview with manager. The interview was difficult than I expected as my goal is very straight and simple to get a part-time job and I am fit in this physical demand job yet haven't heard from them after interview. Maybe I didn't convince them successfully my other job will not impact this role.
The location is not transit friendly you have to drive to get there. It was a some kind of negative experience and waste time.
Super easy, i wouldn't even call it an interview. Applied, 5 days later got a call to come in for interview. Interview lasted no more than 5 minutes. Basically asked 3 yes or no questions. Only question you had to go in depth about was "How you handle conflicts with co workers". Asked me to pick a shift and asked if i had any other questions. Said once background clears they will call me.
