FedEx Senior Customer Services Representative interview questions

Interview process is all behavioural questions. They want you to use the "S.T.A.R." technique. Which means Situation, Task, Action, Result. You are welcome to ask them to wait while you write down the question and set up your S.T.A.R. answer. The whole interview can take anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour, dependent on the length of your answers. There is a 3 person interview panel.
