Behavioral Event type interview. They scheduled it pretty quick. However, I did not receive any feedback even after two weeks. It's fine if you don't want to hire me but a candidate would appreciate some feedback as it helps him for his next interview.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about your experience in the past where you developed a solution for immediate problem where that solution was also used in the long run
Talked about technical problems, low-level questions. Mostly behavioral questions. FedEx does have a hard interview process when I interviewed, but I think they are doing more code-based examples now.

Question 1
Talk about a time your solved a problem and what the result was.
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at FedEx (Pittsburgh, PA) in Oct 2018
Interview
I have applied on careers website. After couple of weeks I received a call from recruiting team asking about my experience and proficiency in Java and set me up for an interview with hiring and technical managers. It was a Webex video interview with a panel for an hour. First half was coding through HackerRank and second half was behavioral questions. Coding interview was an average difficulty question based on data structures. Interview was smooth and fairly easy. They asked me to keep a close eye on my email as they were going to inform the decision through an email. I followed up with the recruiter next week and came to know that they received a good feedback and asked me to wait for the managers to make a final decision but final decision hasn’t been made even after 4 months and the careers site still shows the status as “In Progress”. It was all a good experience till the interview but after that it was just as sloppy as it can get. They could’ve handled the decision making process and informing the candidates in a much better way rather than keeping them in limbo. It is understood that they probably have a lot of candidates to inform but work ethics and culture of an organization are clearly reflected on how they treat the candidates that put so much effort and time to get into their organization for good. So to conclude, if you don’t see an offer with in 15 days even after a good interview, move on. Don’t expect for any communication form FedEx. They are not bothered about you or your time.
