Jordana will lag on you. We had to reschedule the interview maybe 3 times. That's extremely unprofessional. Doesn't present the company in good light either. I think it shows that she's either way too busy or is unorganized. The first time she rescheduled I was like ok thats normal. Then I waited for the rescheduled call, she never called me and instead said that something urgent came up with someone else and that we would have to reschedule again. Then I waited for the next call. The call was ok she asked me why did apply to Fender. The interview led with her saying how she doesn't think I'll be a good fit. I appreciated her honesty but don't appreciate the time it took just to be rejected. On to the next one...
