Fender Musical Instruments Senior Manager interview questions

Fender found me in LinkedIn and offered me a job in CA, interview was simple as they needed a person with my skills and experience as I worked for a company that is in their industry but not direct competitors. The process was the usual HR screening, next with hiring manager, trip to interview with panel and then final offer.

Very efficient and organized. Great on site interview experience - not just about the in interviews but also learning about the company. 6 1:1 30 minute interviews. Appreciated the honestly and communication from recruiters and the interviews throughout the process.
