Fidelity Investments Associate Software Engineer Developer interview questions

i cleared OA, then had a call with recruiter, then cleared another technical coding round. had technical interview with interviewer followed by behavioural round with team lead with a 30 min break in between, but the team lead didnt show up until meeting ended and later i got a mail from recruiter that my skills dont allign with the job. felt very unprofessional of them and complete waste of time.

Applied. Heard back 3 weeks later. Short phone call with behavior/ light technical questions. Next was a virtual interview with one engineer. We had a discussion about personal/ college projects. I was not put on the spot with technical questions, likely because we talked in depth about projects.
