I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Westlake, TX) in Nov 2015
Interview
It was overall a very smooth interview process. The first round was the phone call from HR and they asked me more about my resume and what I do, some technical questions on computer science concepts like what is a stack vs heap. Then the interviewer moved me to onsite round at Fidelity and this was a 3 rounds 30 minutes each assessing the project work of the candidate, the overall fit and how the candidate is eager and excited to be on their team to learn and grow.
