Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about a time when the lack of listening became problematic in the workplace and what was the outcome?
I applied online. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments
Interview
i had two phone interviews and one face to face. They have different people each time but they ask the same questions over and over, I gave mostly the same answers. They want you to succeed so when the initial contact tells you to educate yourself on the company you better do it. Go to the website and look over their history, values, the CEO, etc. know your stuff and you'll move up to the next interview
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Merrimack, NH) in Mar 2013
Interview
There were 2 phone interviews, then an onsite. The phone interviews were the hardest. Took about 40 minutes. The majority of the questions were introspective and anecdotal. So be prepared to think on your feet and provide answers that may be subjective but cater the the emotional quotient of the interviewer, because very few of the questions have a tangible right answer.
