Fidelity Investments Developer interview questions

One Technical and One HR interview where I couldn't clear the Technical interview. The interviewer was very friendly and he communicated casually at the beginning and then dived into the programming language I was familiar in.

Just two rounds of interviews: 1. Phone screening with HR 2. Panel interview with 3-4 engineers Worst interview experience I've ever had. Panel interview with fidelity went well and had a good talk with all of them they were all very nice. However, after the panel interview they completely ghosted me, no contact whatsoever. I tried emailing my recruiter and got no response. I emailed him 4 times over the course of a month and not one response. I called the HR person that contacted me about scheduling the interview and he gave no response either. Really upsetting that a company can just ghost you with no further mention of anything, makes you think what else is wrong with the company. Till this day on Workday it still says interviews in progress after a month and a half of doing the interview.
