Very Helpful with guiding me along the process. They will assign someone to walk you through the interview, and they are also very clear about what they want to be told during the interview. The last interview was the hardest because it was more a a panel style interview (2 interviewers back-to-back, with questions)

They wanted an answer using the star method, about a time that I provided exceptional customer service
First Screening, then one interview with hr rep then one final interview. First two went well as did the last one, but got ghosted and then called about 4 months later telling me i did not get the job.

Overall, this was a great interview process. The hiring managers ensured that the final interview was conversational and that I was comfortable throughout it. I also really appreciated how helpful the recruiter was.
