The first interview was a phone interview that lasted about 45 minutes. Then after the phone interview I heard back 2 days later and was offered an opportunity to come in and participate in a 3 hour interview. Consisted of a tour, a powerpoint introduction, the actual interview, and a critical thinking inventory exam.
