Fidelity Investments Programmer/Analyst interview questions

I was given a time for 10 AM and they took my interview at around 2.30. Besides that I was called for the profile of Java Developer and despite of that I was asked questions about creating complex DB queries(10 liners). 20% Java and 80% DB. Not sure what was on their mind. Overall a bad experience.

Written then technical rounds(1 or 2) then manager round 1 hour each for the interview, not much tough. hey focus on communication skills it is generally advisable to appear confident. They usually have a process for HR but that is a mere formality. Salaries are now average(used to be high earlier, but the company is now sliding towards service industry path)
