You get in contact with a HR person, whose job is to coach you towards being better orientated for the actual hiring manager. She get you to sign some initial paperwork, and it is really her job to see if your qualifications meet the job description. After like 3 interviews they then send you to the hiring manager for the final review. They really want you to answer the question in the STAR method. After that you are given an offer or not.
