I applied online. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Chapel Hill, NC) in Nov 2021
Interview
The first interview stage just went over C.V. and other experiences. Did not go over anything technical, but spent most of the time talking about projects. Also talked about some personal detail relevant to which job site I would be working on.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Boston, MA) in Aug 2020
Interview
I had a 30-40-minute phone screen with the hiring manager. Then, a week later, I met with 3 team members, two people in person and one virtually during the group interview. I was given a brief tour of the office space and benefits were explained. It was a pleasant interview, and less difficult than I expected. The pre-interview process was rigorous with background checks, references, etc.
