I've had two phone interviews and I'm scheduled for a final zoom interview this week, so I don't know yet if they'll offer me a position. The phone interviews have gone well! The recruiter asked about my experiences with customer service in previous roles, why I applied at Fidelity and for this position, and how I would study to pass the licensing exams.
