Fidelity Investments interview questions

The interview process began with an online assessment that tested basic aptitude and problem-solving skills. After that, I had a technical round where I was asked programming and database-related questions. Finally, there was an HR discussion about my background, interests, and career goals. Overall, the process was smooth, well-structured, and moderately challenging.

The interview was divided into 3 rounds Online assessment Technical interview round HR interview round. The process was really organised and the questions were relevant. OA was relatively easy with 2 DSA questions which was easy to moderate level, some aptitude questions were present based of graphs, numerical ability, logical reasoning, verbal ability and some technical mcqs based on core CS concepts like OS, CN, DBMS, etc. Then the technical interview process happened for those who got shortlisted in the aptitude test. Interview questions varies from person to person, but majorly sql, dbms, resume projects were common questions among all. After technical interview they shortlisted more people for HR interview which was conceptual, behavioural questions about yourself, future plans, etc.
