The phone interview they ask you questions like how long you've been in customer service, let you know the hours the posting is for, and ask what your desired salary is. The second phone interview is the behavioral assessment, but I never made it to that part because I realized the hours would not work for me. (The hours on the posting were different from the hours they needed)

Relatively quick. One call with an HR Manager that outlines the job and asks questions surrounding your resume. The next interview was the final interview 3 days later that was 30 minutes and asked basic questions about times you struggled, took a risk, and time you succeeded.
