I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Merrimack, NH)
Interview
It was casual. There were 2 rounds: one with the hiring manager and one panel with 2 other team members. The panel interview was relatively easy with each interviewer taking turns asking questions.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Salt Lake City, UT) in Jan 2024
Interview
Rigorous videos and test prior to interview. They really want to emphasize that the series tests are not east and really get a feel who can tough that out. One pre screen call interview, video interview. Unfortunately I was not even informed that I was passed on the opportunity. Disappointing as I was looking forward to the new experience at fidelity. A simple decline email would suffice.
I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments in Nov 2023
Interview
The interview starts with a phone call from a rep essentially. Make sure you are researching about Fidelity as this is a huge thing with them. They want to know exactly to the T why you want to work there and why they want you.
They will interview you and then if you get to the next step you will be interviewed by a a manager. If this goes well you will go to the last round which is one more big interview with two hiring people.
