Fidelity Investments interview questions

Started off with a phone interview with the first hiring manager which lasted about 20 min. I was asked a couple of behavioral questions. Overall that went well. The second interview was on zoom with a different hiring manager. It was one of the worst interviews I ever had. Ivan, the second hiring manager, was not very professional. He was drinking throughout the interview and sounded very robotic while asking questions. He wasn't clear with what he was saying and seemed distracted by something. The pay is not good, it's only 45K a year and that's paid hourly. I asked about career growth and he said there's no career growth at all. Very odd.

The recruiter will call after the profile gets selected and they will explain the inter process. I had intro with my hiring manager first and post that there were two of panel interview. Panel interview can have 2-4 interviewers
