Interview
Completely irrelevant interview. If i can provide interviewer names i could here so that other candidates be careful and don't even try to work with that team.
I applied online on their website. The position is for Merrimack, MA. So i had two interviews with with directors there. Both were pretty impressed with my background and education. So moving forward asked to meet in person but since i am residing in Raleigh so they wanted to talk with team members in here and other manager.
So I went in for interview, started first round with the Project manager. Who couldn't even speak fluent english, just because of he was taking my interview asked complete out of the context questions. Since the position is for scrum master he started asking for Kanban just because i helped my previous team to work in a Kanban like approach. Even he had no idea of Kanaban and more interestingly no questions were asked on agile or scrum method. He also asked if i have family here and how long i have been living in the area.
He even asked me to draw the kanban board that is completely irrelevant as his team and the company is moving toward the agile and scrum. So it was very frustrating when the interviewer is unclear on what kind of questions to ask.
Then i got to meet with other director/manager, whom i had pretty descent conversation. This manager asked how i manage my team, whats important on scrum, how long sprints for in past jobs, why i want to work for fidelity. In my opinion my answers were pretty straight forward and clear.
Just because of one interviewer who may don't like to see the similar nationality candidate who have education in US where i am sure he didn't, he could have found himself in dangerous situation to see others advancing or what ever reason. I am surprised when other two directors whom i could be working with they very happy and just because of one person i was turn down.

Interview
It was pretty easy. They want to know if you have a personality. If you can make the managers laugh or feel a certain level of closeness to you in a matter of 20 minutes then you will more than likely get the job. But please be genuine about it because they've seen it all and can sniff the fakes.
