I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Merrimack, NH) in Sep 2015
Interview
First there was a phone interview with standard questions - I received constructie feedback on my interview and was told that I was moving on to the in-person interview which consisted of an hour-long presentation, brief tour, and then hour-long interview with 2 different managers. Overall, I felt that it was a very friendly environment and was helped to succeed with the interview by those who worked there in management.

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Boston, MA) in Jun 2015
Interview
There was an initial HR phone screen, then one , one hour phone interview with 3 senior individuals to discuss my background and fit for the opportunity. The next step was a full day of interviews in their Boston headquarters with 6 individuals from various functions within the team and a cross section of organizational partners. The focus of the interviews were primarily based on how I would interact with the team as well as the partners. Each person came very well prepared with questions and I was being scored on my responses. During the interview process, the lead senior manager provided feedback on where I stood in the process.
Even though I was not chosen for this opportunity, Fidelity had their act together. I found them to be efficient and professional during the whole process.
