I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Bengaluru) in Jul 2015
Interview
Excellent people who value other people who are candidates. Seems like good culture of value and respect. It was a healthy discussion. Enough time was spent on understanding my strenghts, weaknesses, overall work experience and in ensuring I am considered for the right role, which would suit me the best. Overall a great experience.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments in Dec 2014
Interview
Very relaxed, two phone calls, both very conversational. The first was actually entirely a conversation while the second was a discussion about my skills to figure out if the team I was applying for could work with what I knew. They said that most web development interns didn't have experience in the area when applying, so the interview was more a matter of curiosity.

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Merrimack, NH) in May 2013
Interview
It was a pretty drawn out process. I had multiple phone calls, and then was told I had to wait for the next "group" to go through the in person interviews together. I ended up getting another offer before going in for the in person interview. It was going to be at least a 1.5-2 month process all said and done had I waited.
