There was an initial Aptitude test and three rounds of interviews based on the profile you chose (Which is asked before the interviews)-Management, technical and HR. The process was handled very well and went about smoothly

3 rounds of interview 1. Technical round-SQL queries, Normalization, Software Development Life Cycle,Schema,Difference between logical and conceptual schema,Types of data. 2. Behavioural round- Puzzles, soft skills as mentioned in resume, where do you see yourself 5 years from now, etc. 3. HR- Why Fidelity? what it does and what do you know about Fidelity? Location preferences, hobbies, etc.
