Fidelity Investments interview questions

There is an initial phone screening...you are then made to fly down .You get a case study and 2/3 rounds of technical interview followed by HR interview. The case study is usually a marketing/strategy problem which one needs to solve/ give the analytical approach to solving it. The technical interview grills you on teh concepts and tools to perform ones daily task

The process proceeded according to financial representative policy. Progress toward a plan of action populated by mind while I promised to possess passionate people skills. I was positively perplexed when I was passed over for the next stage in the hiring process.
