Fidelity Investments interview questions

Easy. Had 3 rounds of face to face interviews and an aptitude test at the beginning. The face to face interviews had simple programming questions and personality assessment. The final round was HR round where I was asked about my ambitions , place of work and will to relocate. The overall process took a day.

The hiring process is slow and lengthy for a sub-par salary. I met with 2 managers and 3 upper level associates. All of them expected you to work very hard for very little acknowledgement. Not once will you meet Abby Johnson because she is too busy and too good for you. There are many better financial service firms to work for. Take this offer, but look for something on the side.
