I applied for leap program and got a call for experienced role. Two rounds were scheduled.
First round was technical interview with senior manager and senior system analyst. Interview was more about what I had worked on previously. It went well. Then I was called for second round, which was with director and HR. Interview was easy and interviewer were very friendly.

First an on campus interview, then a longer interview day at the HQ in Boston. Everything was just fit questions nothing technical at all. In Boston met with multiple people in a "speed dating" style of interviewing with other candidates. Met with 3 people at once for one of the rounds
