It was detailed, kind, and clearly laid out process. The benefits and salary were clear and I was able to ask about my potential role in detail. I met my potential boss and co workers.

The interview process consisted of 2 rounds one phone screen which lasted about 45 min and second with the manager which lasted about 45 min. The Recruter makes sure you know the stuff on the resume and the actual interview would consist of behavior and technical mix.
